Tatarstan citizens will be able to submit procedural documents through the State Services of the Russian Federation to 190 judicial precincts of magistrates

To simplify the interaction of citizens with the courts within the framework of the national project "Digital Economy", the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, through the state program "Development of Justice in the Republic of Tatarstan", implements digital transformation projects in the field of world justice.

The Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Zagidullin recalled that a service has been launched at all judicial stations of magistrates, through which residents of the republic can send documents to judicial stations of magistrates of Tatarstan online.

It was introduced in 2022, the Year of Digitalization. Since the service was launched, more than 142 thousand applications have been sent electronically. Of these, 126 thousand were sent by organizations, 16 thousand by citizens.

"At the moment, residents submit documents through the Portal of Magistrates of the Republic of Tatarstan, now we are working to make this service work on the federal portal of state and municipal services. Individuals and organizations will be able to submit documents to magistrates through the State Services of Russia," the minister explained.
