Internship for responsible secretaries of administrative commissions
The Kazan Administrative Commission hosted an internship for the responsible secretaries of the administrative commissions of the Yelabuga, Laishevsky, Leninogorsk, Muslyumovsky, Novosheshminsky, Rybno-Slobodsky and Tyulyachinsky municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan.
First Deputy Head of the Municipal State Institution «Administrative and Technical Inspection Department of the Executive Committee of the Municipal Formation of the City of Kazan» Vil Latypov and Head of the Department for the Organization of the Activities of Administrative Commissions of the Executive Committee of the City of Kazan Nail Biktagirov spoke about the specifics of initiating administrative proceedings, reviewing administrative materials, sending orders to impose penalties on offenders and monitoring the execution of decisions of the administrative commission.
Senior Inspector of the Department for the Organization of Enforcement Proceedings of the Main Directorate of the Federal Bailiff Service for the Republic of Tatarstan Alfiya Sagdeeva introduced the procedure for collecting administrative fines by the bailiff service.
The round table provided answers to the trainees' questions.
The Ministry's employees explained the procedure for submitting reports on the implementation of the legislation on the transferred state powers of the Republic of Tatarstan.
