Condolences

The leadership and staff of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan express their deep condolences to the family and friends in connection with the death of the former Minister of Justice of Tatarstan Albert Mikhailovich Salabaev.

Albert Mikhailovich was born on August 1, 1941 in Kanash, Chuvash ASSR.

In 1970 he graduated from Kazan State University with a degree in law. For 5 years he worked in the Ministry of Finance of the Tatar ASSR as a senior inspector-auditor. In 1970, he became a people's judge of the Volga District People's Court of Kazan. Since 1973 he has been a member of the Supreme Court of the Tatar ASSR. For 5 years he worked as an instructor of the department of administrative bodies of the Tatar Regional Committee of the CPSU. From 1987 to 2004 he was the Minister of Justice of the Republic.

 

The Ministry of Justice of Tatarstan, under the leadership of Albert Mikhailovich, provided legislative and rule-making activities of state authorities and administration of the Republic of Tatarstan, made a great contribution to the formation of the legislative base of the republic, strengthening the rule of law and the rule of law.

Albert Mikhailovich Salabaev was one of the developers of the draft Constitution of the Republic of Tatarstan, bills on property and public service. Under his leadership, a number of collections of legislation of the Republic of Tatarstan have been prepared and published.

Albert Mikhailovich was a professional in his field, a wise leader, a kind and warm person. He has always been distinguished by a high sense of public duty, diligence, selfless service to his people.

The bright memory of Albert Mikhailovich will forever remain in our hearts.
