Meeting of the Board of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan "On the rule-making activities of the executive authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan"

A meeting of the board "On the rule-making activities of the executive authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan" was held in the Ministry of Justice under the chairmanship of Justice Minister Rustem Zagidullin.

The meeting of the board was attended by Marat Dolgov, Head of the Legal Department of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ilya Gomzik, Deputy Head of the State Legal Department of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, Anna Zorkina, Head of the Department for Supervision of the legality of regulatory legal acts of the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as representatives of the legal services of executive authorities.

First Deputy Minister of Justice Ainur Galimov made a report on the results of the rule-making activities of the republican executive authorities in 2022.

A separate area of normative activity is the adoption of acts aimed at implementing the provisions of the laws of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Timely bringing the legislation of the Republic of Tatarstan up to date, the adoption of republican regulations of the subordinate level are the primary task of the executive authorities of the republic.

"Yes, we understand that the procedure for approving draft by-laws takes some time. However, it is necessary to notify the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan about this in a timely manner," Ainur Galimov said.

The Ministry of Justice conducts a legal assessment of all regulatory legal acts of the republican executive authorities before their entry into force. In 2022, 396 regulatory legal acts were submitted for state registration. 363 acts have been registered.

"We need to increase attention to the issues of drafting regulatory legal acts and their internal expertise. Thank you for your joint work and cooperation, I wish you further success in solving the tasks set before us," the First Deputy Minister summed up.

At the end of the board meeting, Rustem Zagidullin presented a Certificate of Honor from the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan to Elena Yuryevna Gavrilenko, the leading adviser of the Department for Territorial Organization and Control in the Field of local self-government.
