The automated information system "Codex" has become an active assistant in municipal rulemaking.
A meeting of the board "On interaction of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan with local self-government authorities on issues of normative activity" was held at the Ministry of Justice under the chairmanship of Justice Minister Rustem Zagidullin.
The meeting of the board was attended by representatives of executive and legislative authorities, deputy heads, heads of legal services and persons responsible for the organization of legal work, local governments.
Deputy Minister of Justice Mukharryam Ibyatov made a report "On the results of the work of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan with local self-government authorities on rule-making activities for 6 months of 2022".
The Deputy Minister noted that this year the public authorities continued to use the automated information system "Code", and appreciated its role in municipal rulemaking. The system identifies inconsistencies in the acts with federal and regional legislation. This year, the legal services of municipalities, using the recommendations of the system, eliminated inconsistencies in 3,025 acts, which is 88%.
In accordance with a number of federal acts that have entered into force, the priority task of the Ministry remains to coordinate the activities of local self-government bodies to adopt and bring municipal acts into compliance with legislation.
At the end of the board meeting, Rustem Zagidullin thanked his colleagues for their work and presented a number of awards to distinguished employees.
