As part of the educational events on the goals and objectives of the state civil service and municipal service, the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Ildusovich Zagidullin met with students of Kazan (Volga Region) Federal University.
During the conversation, students learned about the goals, functions, tasks and social significance of the state civil service of the Republic of Tatarstan, the advantages of working in the civil service, the role of civil servants in modern conditions and the need for strict performance of their functional duties and professional ethics.
Rustem Ildusovich told how a young specialist can pass a competitive selection and enter the civil service, dwelt on the requirements that are imposed on applicants.
"Admission to the service is carried out mainly through competitive procedures. The professional level of applicants is assessed, their compliance with the established qualification requirements. On the eve of the meeting of the competition commission, it is mandatory to test knowledge of the Russian language, the Constitution of the Russian Federation, the Constitution of the Republic of Tatarstan, legislation on public civil service, anti-corruption, in the field of information technology and industry competencies of the authority in which the competition for the vacant position is announced," the Minister said.
The Minister also talked with the students about the Constitution of the Republic of Tatarstan, recalled the significant date for our republic, the 30th anniversary of its adoption. He noted the legal significance of the Constitution of Tatarstan as the basic law of the republic and the need to study it.
At the end of the meeting, Rustem Ildusovich wished the students success, an active lifestyle, a bright and interesting student life!
