Meeting on "Practical application of AIS "Code"
Deputy Minister of Justice Muharryam Ibyatov held a meeting in the mode of video-conferencing on "The practice of the automated information system "Codex" in the municipal rulemaking".
Deputy heads of municipal districts of the republic, heads of legal services of local governments took part in the event.
The head of the department of normative legal work in the field of local government and municipal register keeping Raliya Garifullina summed up the work in the AIS "Analytic of regional legislation" for 4 months of the current year.
Mukharyam Ibyatov heard the reports of local governments of Laishevsky, Tetyushsky, Yutazinsky, Bugulminsky, Nurlatsky and Tukayevsky districts on eliminating inconsistencies in acts of legislation.
According to the results of the event, the responsible persons were given recommendations on the issues of using the "Codex" information system in rulemaking.
