Fraudsters are increasingly using a new deception scenario involving the transfer of money to other people's cards.

On the eve of the New Year holidays, the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan reminds that persons holding state and municipal positions, as well as state and municipal employees, employees of individual organizations are prohibited from receiving and giving gifts in connection with the performance of their official duties.

The Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan hosted the final meeting of the Ministry's Council of veterans, chaired by deputy minister of justice Mukharram Ibyatov. The meeting summed up the results of the work for 2025 and approved the action plan for the upcoming 2026.

The Minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Zagidullin joined the all-russian action «Wish Tree» on the eve of the New Year holidays. The campaign, which has been held since 2018, helps fulfill the dreams of children with serious illnesses, orphans, children from low-income families and military families.

The Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan held a seminar-meeting with local governments on the issue of publishing municipal legal acts on the Official portal of legal information of the Republic of Tatarstan. The event was chaired by deputy minister of justice Mukharryam Ibyatov.

Fire and tactical exercises were held in the Mamadyshsky district of Tatarstan. Rescuers, staff of magistrates' offices and emergency services trained in the courthouse to practice actions in case of fire and rescue of people.

The Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan draws the attention of residents to the activation of telephone fraudsters using the so-called «short call» scheme. More and more citizens are faced with a situation when a call comes from an unknown number, which lasts only a couple of seconds and immediately ends.

Today, the fourth and final meeting of the Public council under the Ministry took place. During 2025, the Public council carried out systematic work in key areas of the Ministry's activities, exercising public control and facilitating the work of the Ministry.

Deputy minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Nizamiev met with students of the Kazan branch of the Russian state university of justice. Welcoming the students, he noted the close cooperation between the Ministry of justice of the Republic and the university, including the issues of employment of young professionals.

A meeting of the anti-corruption Commission under the Minister of justice of the Republic was held today. Victoria Leonidova, who is responsible for the prevention of corruption offenses in the Ministry, presented the results of anti-corruption work for 9 months of this year.
