From July 8 to 14, the State Legal Bureau of the Republic of Tatarstan plans to hold the following events to provide free legal assistance to families:

In the Republic of Tatarstan, from July 8 to 14, 2024, the All-Russian Week of Legal Assistance on Family Protection issues will be held for the first time.

A meeting of the Council of Judges of the Republic was held in the hall of the Presidium of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting was attended by Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Nadezhda Ragozina.

Within the framework of the state program «Development of Justice in the Republic of Tatarstan", free legal assistance is provided in the republic. In the first half of 2024, 996 residents of Tatarstan received such assistance, mainly military personnel and their family members, disabled people of groups 1 and 2, and large families applied for free legal assistance. This was stated by the head of the State Legal Bureau of the Republic of Tatarstan Mars Fatkullin at a meeting of the Presidium of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan.

A meeting of the Presidium of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan was held today, at which Justice Minister Rustem Zagidullin reported on the implementation of the Law of the Republic on the provision of free legal assistance. The Minister spoke about the performance indicators in this area over the past three years, and also shared information about implemented and planned projects.

Today, Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Mukharryam Ibyatov presented a draft law on amendments to Article 29 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan on Local Self-Government in the Republic of Tatarstan and Article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan on Public Positions of the Republic of Tatarstan at a meeting of the Committee on State Construction and Local Self-Government and the expert council under the committee.

The issues of providing free legal assistance by the Notary Chamber of the Republic were discussed today at a meeting of the Law and Order Committee. The meeting was also attended by the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Zagidullin.

On Saturday, June 29, the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Zagidullin took part in the national Sabantuy holiday in the village of Encolovo in the Vsevolozhsky district of the Leningrad region.

To simplify the interaction of citizens with the courts within the framework of the national project "Digital Economy", the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, through the state program "Development of Justice in the Republic of Tatarstan", implements digital transformation projects in the field of world justice.
 

In accordance with the plan of specialized educational and methodological seminars for employees of the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Tatarstan, an educational and methodological seminar was held at the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Tatarstan for employees of city, district prosecutor's offices and specialized prosecutor's offices equated to them on the topic: «Topical issues of the implementation of legislation on state civil, municipal service and anti-corruption».
