The Ministry of Justice of Tatarstan reminds citizens of the responsibility for failure to pay administrative fines within the timeframes established by law. «An administrative fine, being the most common administrative sanction, performs preventive and compensatory functions», - the Ministry emphasized.

Tatarstan demonstrates high performance indicators in organizing municipal rule-making activities. According to the Portal of the Ministry of Justice of Russia, the republic has been a leader in the Volga Federal District in filling the register of municipal acts for the third year in a row.

The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan pays special attention to the introduction of digital technologies, including in the work of local government bodies. This was noted at a board meeting, where the results of the Ministry's activities to improve the professional level of municipal employees and local government officials were summed up.

Over the past 3.5 years, 10 laws in the field of territorial organization have been adopted in the Republic of Tatarstan, but shortcomings have been identified in the work of municipalities in preparing the relevant documents. This was reported at a meeting of the board of the Ministry of Justice of Tatarstan.

Today, under the chairmanship of Tatarstan Justice Minister Rustem Zagidullin, a board meeting was held to discuss the results of the work of the Republic's Justice Ministry to improve the professional level of municipal employees and officials of local government bodies.

In Tatarstan, free legal assistance is provided to military personnel and their family members on a permanent basis and is part of the comprehensive support for participants in a special military operation, which is being implemented on behalf of the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. «Our attention should be [turned] to families - those who have lost loved ones. Heroes of Tatarstan», initiated by the Rais of the Republic, Rustam Minnikhanov. «The patriotism, courage and heroism of the SMO participants are an example for all of us. I am convinced that your unique experience, skills and knowledge should be further involved in solving the most important state tasks», - Rustam Nurgalievich believes.

A new system of extrajudicial collection of tax arrears will come into effect on November 1, 2025. This initiative is aimed at reducing the burden on the courts, saving on legal costs and simplifying the interaction of citizens with tax authorities. The law on the implementation of this system was adopted in its final version by the State Duma.
