She supervises one of the priority areas of the Ministry of Justice - organizational and legal support of the activity of magistrates.

The Ministry of Justice hosted the final stage of the competition for the title of "Best in Profession" among persons responsible for the execution of delegated individual state powers of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The right to receive qualified legal assistance is a constitutional guarantee. At the same time, according to the Russian Constitution, in certain cases such assistance is provided free of charge. In Tatarstan every ninth resident has the right to receive free legal aid. This was stated by Ainur Galimov, First Deputy Minister of Justice, speaking at the first session of the School of Legal Knowledge in the 2023-2024 academic year. The topic of the speech was devoted to the activities of the Ministry of Justice of Tatarstan and the provision of free legal aid in the republic.

The Ministry is holding video receptions for heads of rural settlements in pursuance of the decision of the final collegium. From June 2021 to August 2023, the events were held in all 872 rural settlements of the Republic, and a new cycle of video receptions has begun.
