A working meeting with representatives of the Information Technology Center of the Republic of Tatarstan was held at the Ministry of Justice of Tatarstan under the leadership of Deputy Minister Mukharryam Ibyatov.

At the Higher School of State and Municipal Administration of KFU, the professional development program for deputy heads of executive committees of rural settlements of the Republic of Tatarstan continues. The speakers of the training program were the Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Mukharryam Ibyatov and the head of the department of normative legal work in the field of local self-government and maintenance of the municipal register Ralia Garifullina.

Residents of the republic registered on the unified portal of state and municipal services can receive court notices and accompanying documents, copies of judicial acts in electronic form.

The results of the work of local governments to eliminate inconsistencies in municipal acts were discussed at a meeting at the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting was held by Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Mukharryam Ibyatov.

Today, the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Zagidullin took part in a round table on the organization of interdepartmental cooperation in the Republic of Tatarstan in terms of providing legal assistance to participants of the SVO and members of their children. The event was held in the Office of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation for the Republic of Tatarstan under the chairmanship of the Executive Director of the State Fund for Support of Participants in the special military operation «Defenders of the Fatherland» Yuri Khabrov.

The right to receive qualified legal assistance is a constitutional guarantee. At the same time, according to the Constitution of Russia, in some cases such assistance is provided free of charge. In Tatarstan, more than 300 thousand people are entitled to free legal assistance.

The staff of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan visited the multimedia exhibition «Russia of the Future», which has been held since the beginning of July in the historical park «Russia - My Story».

The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan monitors the implementation of three state programs, one of which is directly related to the activities of the Ministry. In the first half of 2024, each state program was completed by more than 50%. Such data is reflected in the Digital Management Module of the state programs of the Republic of Tatarstan. The system started working at the beginning of the current year. It allows you to quickly monitor the progress of program execution and, if necessary, make appropriate adjustments to them.
